What Brandwave does

A reporting tool for the accounts you already run

Brandwave is a social media and advertising analytics platform for agencies, marketing teams and business owners. You connect accounts you already own, and Brandwave reads their performance into one workspace so organic and paid results can be compared side by side, per client, over any date range.

  • Facebook Pages
  • Instagram Business profiles
  • Meta Ads
  • Google Ads
  • TikTok Ads

Connected data stays in your own workspace, visible only to members of your organisation, and you can disconnect any account at any time. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

What it reads from Google Ads

Read-only, through the adwords scope, for the ad accounts your Google login already reaches.

What it never does

  • Create, edit, pause or delete campaigns, budgets or ads
  • Place bids, change settings or spend money
  • Read any other Google service, including Gmail, Drive and Contacts
  • Use Google data for advertising, or sell it to anyone

Who it is for

Built for the people who have to explain the numbers

For agencies

Switch between clients without switching tools.

Every client gets its own workspace, its own connected accounts and its own branded reports. Move between them from one switcher, and give clients read-only access to their data without exposing anything else.

  • Unlimited client workspaces
  • White-labelled scheduled reports
  • Client viewer role with per-client access

For marketing teams

See what organic and paid are each actually doing.

Most teams can tell you what their ads returned or what their content reached, but not how the two interact. Brandwave puts them on the same timeline so the trade-off is visible rather than argued about.

  • Organic against paid on one view
  • Cross-platform totals, with what cannot be summed left out
  • Metric definitions everyone agrees on

For business owners

The numbers that matter, in plain language.

You do not need to know what a 7-day click attribution window is to know whether marketing is working. The overview answers that in one screen, and every figure explains itself when you need the detail.

  • One executive overview
  • Plain-language insight summaries
  • Monthly reports delivered by email

Organic analytics

Content performance without four browser tabs

Every post and video from every connected account, in one searchable library, with the metrics each platform actually reports.

Comparable engagement rates
Engagement is measured against reach rather than followers, so a 12,000-follower account and a 400,000-follower account can sit in the same table honestly.
Video metrics that matter
Watch time and full-video completion rate for TikTok and Reels, next to the views figure that every platform inflates differently.
Nothing invented
Where a platform does not report a metric, Brandwave shows it as unavailable and says why. It never fills the gap with a zero.

Paid analytics

Spend, efficiency and return, down to the ad

Meta and Google campaigns in one table, from account level down to the individual creative.

One hierarchy, whichever platform it came from
Account, campaign, ad set and ad, with the same column meanings everywhere, so an ad group on Google reads the same as an ad set on Meta.
Efficiency in the right direction
A falling cost per lead shows as an improvement, not as a red number. Brandwave knows which way is good for every metric it reports.
Status you can act on
Learning, limited and paused campaigns are labelled with what that means for the figures next to them.

Cross-channel reporting

One total across every account you have connected

The overview adds organic and paid together across platforms, and refuses to add the things that cannot honestly be added.

Counts that genuinely sum
Impressions, clicks, engagements, followers and leads add up correctly across Facebook, Instagram and Google Ads, so one figure answers how the month went.
And the ones that do not
Reach is left out rather than summed. Someone who follows you on two platforms and also saw your ad is one person and three reaches, and no total can undo that.
Currencies kept apart
Accounts billing in different currencies are reported per currency instead of converted into one. Two true totals beat one false one.

Combined reach and blended return are modelled. Platforms measure independently, so a person reached on two channels is counted twice in the raw totals.

Automated reporting and insights

The Monday report, written before Monday

Build a report once, schedule it, and let it arrive branded and current. Brandwave flags what changed before anyone has to go looking.

Scheduled and branded
Weekly, monthly or quarterly, with your logo and report colours, delivered as PDF, CSV or Excel to people who never need to log in.
Insights that state their confidence
Every observation names what changed, why it matters, the supporting metric and a recommended next step, with its confidence level attached.
No causal claims
Brandwave says what it detected and what it may indicate. It will not tell you why something happened, because it cannot know.

Questions

The things people ask before signing up

How long does it take to connect an account?

The authorisation itself takes under a minute per platform. The first sync usually completes within 15 minutes, and historical backfill of up to 24 months runs in the background over the following few hours.

Which platforms are supported today?

Facebook Pages and Instagram Business for organic content, and Meta Ads and Google Ads for advertising. Google Ads is advertising only, because Google has no organic social surface. TikTok is planned and is marked as such wherever it appears.

Can you deduplicate conversions across platforms?

Not with certainty, and we will not claim otherwise. Each platform attributes independently and none of them share user-level data. Brandwave shows each platform's own figure alongside a modelled deduplicated view, and labels the modelled figure as an estimate everywhere it appears.

What happens when a platform changes its API?

Platform APIs change several times a year. When a metric is deprecated, Brandwave keeps the historical data and marks the point where collection stopped rather than quietly dropping the series.

Can clients see their own data without a full seat?

Yes. The client viewer role gives read-only access to specified clients only. It never exposes billing, team members, connection settings or any other client's data, and it does not count towards your team member limit.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You can export everything as CSV at any time, including after cancelling. Collected data is retained for the period set in your data retention settings, then permanently deleted.
