Data Deletion Instructions

If you connected Facebook, Instagram, or other platforms to Brandwave and want your data removed, follow the steps below. This page can be used as the public Facebook data deletion instructions URL.

   Email info@inhsystem.com from the email address associated with your Brandwave account.

   Include the subject line Data Deletion Request and, if applicable, the organisation name and connected Facebook Page or ad account name.

   We will confirm receipt of the request and begin deletion of stored access tokens and synced analytics data associated with the requested workspace or connection.

   Once deletion is completed, we will send a confirmation email. If platform-side permissions also need to be revoked, you can remove Brandwave from your Facebook Business Integrations settings directly in Meta.
